Managing for Coldwell Banker for over 25 years has enabled me to better understand and appreciate what it takes to assist my agents with their day to day business activities.
Helping agents build their businesses and increasing their earnings by working "smarter" is why I choose to be a manager.
I am passionate about the Real Estate business and my ultimate goal is to lead the best and most successful team of professionals in the marketplace.
Education and Training
In 2005 Completed a multi-week Coaching Clinic focused on assisting agents to reach their full potential
One of the first 17 Coldwell Banker managers in the country to graduate from Coldwell Banker University for Managers.
Completed Blueprint for Profitable Operations, a one-week course offered in Long Beach, California.

Areas of Expertise
Being a Real Estate Sales Trainer prior to becoming a Manager allows me to better assist my agents with developing their sales and problem solving skills.
My focus is on training, coaching, business building, mentoring and team building.
Community Involvement
Most of my community involvement has revolved around my daughter's activities. I have volunteered and coached several softball and soccer teams for girls in and around Livingston
I have also raised funds for Gilda's Club and Habitat for Humanity including running a golf outing for Habitat for Humanity that raised over $21,000.Personal Background
